The Public Lands Institute is hiring an Americorps/Vista Volunteer position to help coordinate and plan several projects, including the Nevada Certificate Program for Environmental Education and Interpretation, and the Our Places Tell Stories conference. 

Siegfried and Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat will be hosting the second annual Educator Appreciation Day on August 15, 2007.  Approximately 600 teachers are expected to attend.
