Partners for Environmental Cultural Connectedness (PECC) is a group derived from Partners for Education about the Environment.  PECC’s mission is: To foster a cross-cultural connection between the Southern Nevada community and their environment through education and outreach.

Goals:
1.  To promote respectful inclusion of Hispanic people in the nearby environment
2.  Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
3.  To increase effectiveness of education and outreach for Hispanic audiences

  • identify how to train staff on creating the welcoming atmosphere;
  • identify what kinds of events and/or programs that we can use to get messages out;
