Many education sites in Clark County, including museums, parks, and aquaria, offer organized programs as part of a planned curriculum-based field trip.

CHOLLA is a consortium of local agencies and the Clark County School District that collaborate to provide opportunities for linking and extending classroom learning to the community. Member agencies include public and private museums, nature centers, wildlife, and environmental organizations, and regional, state, and national parks.  

Beyond the Classroom has been prepared to introduce teachers to the many local field trip opportunities and supplemental educational materials that support the Nevada State Standards and Clark County School District curricula.
